The Engineering Council has directed all engineering practitioners in Ghana to regularise their certification and registration by February 27, 2026, urging that practising engineering without registration constitutes an offence under the law.

Engineering Council Engages Ghana Chamber of Mines and Newmont Ghana on Engineering Regulation and Firm Licensing

The Engineering Council held engagement visits with the Ghana Chamber of Mines and Newmont Ghana in May 2026 as part of its sensitisation programme on the Engineering Council Act, 2011 (Act 819) and the Engineering Council Regulations, 2020 (L.I. 2410).

Engineering Council Engages Bui Power Authority, GNPC and GHACEM on Licensing of Engineering Practitioners and Firms
