Mr. Anthony Osei is a Ghanaian procurement practitioner and a member of the Fourth Board of the Engineering Council. He brings over a decade of expertise in public sector procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

A strategic and principled professional, Mr. Osei holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT). His career has focused on ethical governance, transparency, and value-for-money principles in public procurement.

As a member of the Engineering Council, Mr. Osei contributes his specialized knowledge in procurement regulations and supply chain oversight to support the Council’s mission. His experience in policy development and operational efficiency aligns with the Council’s goals of accountability and service delivery.
